Gaia Cottages

This infill community of 15 green built single-family cottages and duplexes is centered around a common open space with parking located at one edge to provide a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. An organic garden defines the center of the space with paths winding throughout the site and to the creek and meditation garden along Rhododendron Creek.
